Terms
Written so you can read them once and know where you stand.
Your money goes straight to you. You connect your own Stripe or Paystack account. Your customers pay you directly. We never hold, touch, or handle your money — we only build and run the shop.
Payments run through your own Stripe or Paystack account. Buyers pay you directly, payouts land in your bank, and we never take a cut of a sale. We do not hold funds, touch card numbers, or issue refunds — you do that from your own payment dashboard.
What we are
- · We build your website and store, and we keep it running.
- · We host the pages, the images and the product list.
- · We connect your own payment account so your customers can pay you.
- · We answer questions about the site and the tools.
What we are not
- · We are not a payment processor.
- · We are not a bank.
- · We are not the merchant of record — you are.
You are the merchant of record for every sale. Refunds, chargebacks, tax and customer disputes are yours to handle.
What you are responsible for
- · Everything you sell and everything you publish — it is your business, your goods, your words.
- · Your own payment account, and every refund, chargeback and dispute inside it.
- · Sales tax, VAT, licences and permits where you and your customers sit.
- · The accuracy of prices, stock, delivery times and claims on your site.
- · Keeping your login safe, and who you give access to.
- · Consent for every email address and phone number you upload.
The limits, both ways
- · You own your content and your customer list. You can export both at any time.
- · We can take a site offline if it breaks the prohibited list or the law. We tell you why.
- · You can cancel any month. Your site stays live 30 days after cancelling so you can move.
- · We do not guarantee sales, rankings, or a specific amount of traffic.
