What does it cost?
Most clients never pay a setup fee at all. Website Foundation. Built for you. Choose your country to see your local price. Online stores are the one place a setup fee applies — Ecommerce Starter is $399 setup + $55/mo — and every price is on the pricing page before you pay anything. The setup fee and first month are non-refundable, because that's when we do the building.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Every plan is month to month, and you cancel from your own dashboard — no phone call, no retention script.
How long does it take?
Seven business days from the day your brief lands. If we're waiting on photos or words from you, the clock pauses — we don't count your thinking time against you.
Who owns the website and the domain?
You do. If you ever leave, we hand over your domain and your content. No hostage-taking, no exit fee.
What do I need to give you?
Ten minutes of your own words: what the business does, where it works, who you want calling. Photos help but aren't required — we can start without them.
Can I change things later?
Yes. Every plan includes revisions every month — 2 on Starter, 3 on Growth, 5 on Pro. You ask from your dashboard and we do the work.
What if I already have a domain?
Bring it. We point it at your new site and look after the renewals. If you don't have one yet, we help you choose and register one in your name.
Do you take card payments?
Yes — every plan is paid by card through Stripe, on their secure page. We never see or store your card number. Your receipt arrives by email automatically after every payment.
Can my online store take money in my country?
Your store checks out through your own Stripe account, so Stripe has to be available where your business banks. If you use Paystack or another local processor, we can still build the store, but it cannot take card payments through it yet — we will tell you that before you pay, not after.
Where do you work?
Anywhere. We're a family business based in the United States, and we build for businesses worldwide — everything happens over email, your dashboard and the phone.
What if I can't afford a plan?
Ask about the assistance programme. Ministries, brand-new start-ups and families in a hard season can apply for a reduced or fully covered seat — we keep a set number open every month.
Can I sell products on my site?
Yes. Every Kingdom store comes with card checkout built in — up to 50 products on Starter, 100 on Growth, 200 on Pro, all uploaded by us.
What happens if something breaks?
You call the same number you always called and we fix it. Hosting, SSL, backups and updates are part of every plan — you never pay extra for the lights staying on.
