Terms of Service

By purchasing any Kingdom Bilt service, checking the acceptance box at checkout, or submitting payment, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Every website is designed and built free — you pay only the flat monthly hosting plan, as listed on the pricing page. Online stores carry a one-time setup fee plus a flat monthly plan. You must also purchase your own domain.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business info and content through Kingdom's intake process
- Complete intake within 14 days of payment for 7-day delivery commitment
- Submit social media credentials only through Kingdom's encrypted secure intake portal
3. Payment
- All payments processed securely through Stripe
- First month non-refundable on all hosting and monthly plans
- Billing disputes must be submitted within 30 days of the charge
4. No Guarantee of Results
Kingdom provides high-quality services but does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, sales, or outcomes.
5. Governing Law
Commonwealth of Kentucky. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration in Louisville, KY.

Refund Policy

Cancel anytime. Current month non-refundable. First month non-refundable. No charges after cancellation confirmed.
Monthly Hosting and SEO Plans
- Cancel anytime by written notice to hello@kingdombiltservices.com
- Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing cycle
- First month and current month at cancellation are non-refundable
One-Time Services
- Full refund if cancelled before work begins
- No refund once Kingdom has started work
Kentucky 3-Day Cancellation Right
If you signed up through a door-to-door visit and total value is over $25, you may cancel within 3 business days for a full refund. Email hello@kingdombiltservices.com.

Pricing

Online stores carry a one-time setup fee plus a flat monthly price — for example, Ecommerce Starter is $399 setup + $55/mo. You must also purchase your own domain. The setup fee and first month are non-refundable.
