Yes — to post on your behalf we need access to your accounts. But we never ask for passwords over text, email, or DM. You submit your credentials through our encrypted secure intake portal only. Your accounts stay safe and you can change your password or remove access at any time.
What if I don't like a post?
Nothing goes live without your approval. Every month you receive a content calendar showing every post before it's scheduled. You can approve it, request changes, or remove any post you don't want. We revise until you're happy — then we schedule.
What platforms do you post on?
We post on Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, and TikTok depending on your plan. Starter covers 1 platform, Growth covers 2, Pro covers 3, and Elite covers 4. You choose which platforms matter most to your business when you sign up.
Do you respond to comments and messages?
Our plans cover content creation and posting. Responding to comments, DMs, and customer messages is not included in standard plans. If you need community management, contact us and we can discuss what works for your situation.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime by emailing us. Your current month is non-refundable but you will not be charged for the following month. Simple.
Do you create the images and graphics?
Yes — every post includes a custom graphic designed for your brand. We match your colors, use your logo, and create visuals that look professional. You don't need to provide any images unless you'd like us to feature your actual work or team photos, which always makes content stronger.
